The benefits include reductions in edemas, detoxification of the body, regeneration of tissue as well as many other benefits.

Using exacting anatomical science and distinctive manual processes, Lymphatic drainage massage enables practitioners to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body. The practitioner will use their hands to perform work on the vessels to assess overall circulation and determine the best alternate pathways for draining body-fluid stagnations.

It is performed by health care professionals such as massage therapists, nurses, med techs, acupressure practitioners, and doctors. These professionals are instructed initially with their formal education and have added additional training in order to perform Neural Therapy. It originated with Dr. Huneke in the 1930’s during his consolidation of knowledge on the Autonomic Nervous System. This therapy works on the autonomic ganglia (nerve groups controlling internal organs), peripheral nerves (nerves controlling the extremities, such as arms and legs), scars, glands, acupressure points, trigger points, and segmental points (nerve points controlling segments of the body). Neural Therapy applies pressure with fingers and palms of the practitioner.
