Reflexology Level 1 - Introduction to Reflexology
This course includes instruction on reflexology theory, history, zone therapy, meridians, a map of reflexes, foot and hand structure, and several hours of hands-on practice to learn reflexology grip and techniques, business ethics and standards.

Reflexology Level II - Reflexology and Aromatherapy
This course includes a review of level 1 and an introduction to aromatherapy, its benefits, safety guidelines and practical applications, along with the application of essential oils on reflex points. There will be several hours of hands-on practical application of oils on reflex points.

Reflexology Level III - Reflexology and Hot Stones
This course includes a review of levels 1 and 2 and an introduction to hot stones and their application, benefits, and safety guidelines. There will be several hours of hands-on practical application of hot stones.

Reflexology Level IV - Clinical - For certification
This course includes a review of levels 1, 2 and 3. For certification as a reflexology practitioner, the student must perform 5 reflexology treatments during class with teacher watching. Certification to practice in the Washington Metropolitan Area can be received by taking level 1 and level 4.

Linda is a reflexology practitioner and has been practicing holistic health since 1998. She received her doctorate degree from First National University which was one of the founding schools in natural health. Linda became interested in energy work in 1988 and has been a Reiki Master for 13 years. She is certified in homeopathy, herbology, holistic health, Reiki (USUI and Reiki Tummo), acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology, visualization, and hypnotherapy. Linda has worked with the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine for over 15 years and currently teaches Holistic Nutrition, Acupressure, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Mind/Body Medicine for the Institute.

ZSA Level 1  
Learn the 12 major meridians and the basic protocol, theory and palpation techniques.  Learn how to use the hara analysis to determine imbalances of energy.
Includes 3 hours of practicum.
 
ZSA Level 2    
Learn how to use aromatherapy and pressure points for specific ailments and more palpation techniques. Includes 3 hours of practicum. 
 
ZSA Level 3  
Learn how to use light tapping (AFT) to treat various chronic issues. This technique interrupts the energy flow through meridians without discomfort.
 
ZSA Level 4    
This class is designed for the practitioner to complete the clinical requirement for certification. Students will perform complete sessions under instructor's supervision.
