Touch Therapy/Reiki Classes  Certifications with CE Credit Saturday, January 11, 2020    Instructor: Anabel Arellano, CRM, NT, NA Certified Reiki Master, Nursing Technician Touch Therapy/Acupressure Practitioner Touch Therapy/USUI Reiki Practitioner Level I  (No prerequisite) Learn about Reiki hands-on healing and caring for those with a variety of disorders through touch. Become acquainted with the history of USUI Reiki healing and how to use this knowledge to care for others. This class will instruct students in the full treatment process to use for self and others giving a detailed treatment guide. Introduction to Chakras and their properties will be discussed in this class along with ways to surround or shield yourself with energy protection and methods to center and ground. This class includes Direct Touch Therapy. Direct Touch in combination with Acupressure can have added benefits. Several methods of channeling the healing energy across the room, across the city, or across the world will be discussed. This level focuses on emotional and mental level healing and it considerably increases the energy that is channeled from level I. This class includes Direct Touch Therapy. This level deals with spiritual level energy and gives instruction on how to teach/attune others. This class includes Direct Touch Therapy. Individualizing wellness, lifestyle change, prescribe and treat, educate and implore advocate and inspire by using the four cornerstones of coaching.    Module 17 & 18: Wellness Coaching - Explains coaching people with health challenges, explains the foundation session, wellness assessment, co-creating a wellness plan, coaching for self-care and strategic lifestyle change.   Module 19 & 20: Coaching core competencies - Explains setting the foundation, establishing the coaching agreement, co-creating the relationship, communicating effectively, & facilitating learning and results.   Module 21: Herbal and Supplement interactions - Learn the safety of using supplements, herbs and essential oils with other medications.   Module 22: Business & Ethics - Learn the scope of your practice based on your profession and other certifications.     Module 23 & 24: Experiential Learning - Work with the instructor on how to work with a client.
