This program prepares you for the national exam offered by the National Reflexology Board.

Reflexology Certification Program - $900 (4 LEVELS)

 
The classes are taught as independent modules and can be taken out of sequence.
 
Reflexology Level 1 - Introduction to Reflexology
This course includes instruction on reflexology theory, history, zone therapy, meridians, a map of reflexes, foot and hand structure, and several hours of hands-on practice to learn reflexology grip and techniques, business ethics and standards.

Reflexology Level II - Reflexology and Aromatherapy
This course includes a review of level 1 and an introduction to aromatherapy, its benefits, safety guidelines and practical applications, along with the application of essential oils on reflex points. There will be several hours of hands-on practical application of oils on reflex points.

Reflexology Level III - Reflexology and Hot Stones
This course includes a review of levels 1 and 2 and incorporates the use of hot stones during a reflexology treatment. There will be several hours of hands-on practical work using the hot stones.

Reflexology Level IV - Clinical - For certification
For certification as a reflexology practitioner, the student is required to perform 5 reflexology treatments during class with the teacher observing. Certification to practice in the Washington Metropolitan Area can be received by taking level 1 and level 4.

Linda is a reflexology practitioner and has been practicing holistic health since 1998. She received her degree from First National University which was one of the founding schools in natural health. Linda became interested in energy work in 1988 and has been a Reiki Master for 13 years. She is certified in homeopathy, herbology, holistic health, Reiki (USUI and Reiki Tummo), acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology, visualization, and hypnotherapy. Linda has worked with the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine for over 10 years and currently teaches Holistic Nutrition, Acupressure, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Mind/Body Medicine, and Magnet Therapy for the Institute.
