Presenting a yoga philosophy model of psycho-spiritual development, this workshop offers a universal sacred anthropology which exposes the roots of racism, discrimination, classism (castes), hatred, and divisiveness along with a path towards healing, harmonizing, and unifying together even among our diversity.
This workshop is designed to help people understand themselves and others based on our evolution through the chakras and the healthy worldview of each chakra and its corresponding spiritual consciousness. We will also look at what can “go wrong” on our spiritual journeys.
Day/Level One Workshop will include:
· Basics of Yoga philosophy and spirituality
· Who am I? A quick guide to learning about your own psycho-spiritual development
and how that makes you "you."
· A virtual game to see what priorities and worldviews we share with each other
· Chakras and Subtle Energy
· Introduction to the Universe and yourself as Conscious Energy
· Feminine and Masculine Energy and Virtues
· Discussion of how Racism develops relative to Chakra Energies and Worldviews
· Discussion of the Energies of Love and Fear, and how they affect our psycho-
spiritual development
· The Role of Sexism
· How We Can Connect with and Honor People Who are Different from us

· How We Grow psycho-spiritually
· The Role of Religion
· The Role of Emotional Trauma
· Colors of Truth in the Workplace
· The Role of Empathy
· The Skill of Focusing on Others
· The Importance of Emotional Safety in the Workplace

· The Role of Oppressive Structures in the Workplace
· Recognizing the Soul Essence of Others
· How to Be an Encourager of Diversity and Voices of Diverse Truths
This workshop is based on Carol Richardson’s award-winning book Truth and Illusion: The Politics of Spirituality and How One Person's Lie Is Another One's Truth (Silver medal winner, 2018 Independent Publisher Book Awards, "Religion - Eastern-Western").
