Glymphatic Drainage Therapy 3 CEs (A Bundle of 3 classes, 1 CE Each) Course Description
Glymphatic Drainage is a hands-on bodywork method that focuses on the head/scalp, face, neck, and clavicle areas of the body. The technique helps remove fluid, toxins, and inflammation from this region, whereby promoting flexibility, increasing circulation, improving skin tone and appearance, and stimulates clarity of thinking, by way of clearing the brain tissues.
In this course the student will learn about the Glymphatic drainage system and the various modalities incorporated in a Glymphatic Drainage session. The Glymphatic system is the way nutrients and waste are distributed throughout the brain via the lymphatic pathways in the brain and head, which contains Cerebral Spinal Fluid, that transports all the substances in the brain. It connects to the lymphatic system surrounding the skull for elimination.
Distribution of nutrients and removal of waste from the head/scalp, face and neck, can lead to better sleep, improved skin appearance, tone and elasticity.
Everyone wants an easy, drugless way to achieve good quality health for the head, face and neck areas. Glymphatic Drainage Therapy is the way to achieve the improved quality of life everyone needs.

The Glymphatic Drainage Therapy incorporates various modalities such as Lymph Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, TCM acupressure, and Ayurvedic acupressure on the head/scalp, face, neck, and clavicle.
This 60 minute session is a very relaxing and cleansing therapy for the whole nervous system and skin.
Glymphatic Drainage can be incorporated with facials and massage therapy techniques.

The student can choose either to work live online, or by way of a video with Jen Martinez, or on location in the DC Metro area with a practitioner certified in glymphatic drainage, in order to demonstrate the technique. Call for details.
