MEDITATION REFRESHER CLASS

9:30 am to 5:30 pm
This course is for students who have already taken the Inner Harmony Training with Lightworker Certification.
Course includes:
-- Review of meditative techniques, energy management, and pure meditation,
-- Group meditations (enhanced energy experiences through the group effect),
-- Sharing of spiritual journeys,
-- Body-based "Om-ing",
-- Foot mudras! (This is like a cross between reflexology and finger mudras)
-- Brief overview of new chakra information in Truth and Illusion: The Politics of Spirituality and How One Person's Lie Is Another One's Truth.
Please bring vegetarian or vegan snacks to share, along with a dish to share for lunch.
