NISHATI EARTH SOUND HEALING ONE
In Sound Healing One training students will learn how to create and use sound as a self-empowering, healing and stress-reducing tool. The course material is built upon both scientific research and spiritual wisdom traditions. Together we will explore the potency of the human voice, the most powerful tool we all have for self-healing. Participants will gain confidence in the use of the quartz crystal bowls and vocal toning which bring body, mind, and spirit to a more harmonious experience of well-being and balance.

- Review the history of sound, how Sound heals us
- Learn personal vocal toning practices and create your personal mantra.
- Learn Tom Kenyon's powerful method of voice healing
- In-depth hands-on practice of playing of quartz crystal bowls and use of various mallets.

NISHATI EARTH SOUND HEALING LEVEL TWO
In Sound Healing Two training students will deepen their existing knowledge and experience of frequency, vibration and intention learned in level one. In this training you will develop your own mantra and soul tone. You will have a basic introduction to learn to create affirmations and how to create guided meditations for those seeking to improve their health, well-being and personal vibration.
You will also learn how to work effectively as a professional sound healer working therapeutically one-on-one. On this certified course we teach advanced skills and techniques for working with 6 sound healing instruments: gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and your healing voice.

Crystal and Himalayan Bowl layout placement
Tuning forks for personal and professional use
How to play the gong with the crystal healing bowls
How to give a seated sound bathe
