Aromatherapy Level I
Essential oils have been used for hundreds of years for ritual, perfume and therapeutic purposes. This class will cover the history, philosophy, benefits, therapeutic use and body system affinity of the most commonly used essential oils. Information on safety, how to choose a source for essential oils and application techniques is also included. Essential oil kit included.
Aromatherapy Level II
July 7, 2018 Saturday
9 am to 3pm
Students will learn Vitaflex and Raindrop Techniques by Gary Young, including 3 hours of practical. Discuss benefits, physical and emotional actions of essential oils chosen for raindrop. Essential oil kit included.
July 21, 2018 Saturday
9 am to 3pm Aromatherapy Level III
Acupressure and Lymphatic drainage with essential oils
Students will learn how to choose oils for lymphatic drainage and conditions where acupressure can be a benefit. Practical will include using acupoints with essential oils and lymphatic drainage.
3 hours of practical application. Essential oil kit included.
Aromatherapy Level IV
August 4, 2018 Saturday
9 am to 3pm
Making essential oil products.
Students will make products using essential oils and other natural substances
such as bath salts, lip balms, insect repellent, skin balm, headache/pain relief salve and
more. Essential oil and materials included.
